🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to cancel or make changes? No problem — as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is likely already being processed and may not be eligible for changes. If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We recommend using your Grinwave for at least 14 days before deciding. This gives you time to truly experience the benefits. If you're still not satisfied and you're within 60 days of purchase, you can request a return.

📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a defect or is physically broken, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at smile@grinwave.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a free replacement if eligible.
Minor damage to external packaging (like dents or scuffs) that doesn't affect the product is not considered eligible for return or replacement.
We do not refund or replace items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but please understand that Grinwave is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping issues outside our control.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we recommend contacting the courier first. We're happy to help where we can, but cannot guarantee resolutions for issues caused during transit.
📍Incorrect Shipping Address
Double-check your shipping info! If an incorrect address is submitted and you don’t notify us within 24 hours, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or resend. Once it's shipped, it's out of our hands.
