Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. "Dispatched" means it’s on its way — handed off to the carrier and en route to you. During peak times, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


🌍 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has left our hands, your delivery time will depend on your country and local courier service.

📦 You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please double-check your shipping details before checking out — it’s the best way to avoid delays. If you notice a mistake, email us at smile@grinwave.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make changes.

If we detect an address issue on our end, we’ll reach out to confirm it. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, your order may be canceled and refunded.


⏳ Delayed Deliveries

We totally get it — waiting on a package isn’t fun. While we do everything we can to ship promptly, some delays are out of our hands, including weather issues, courier slowdowns, customs checks, or transit disruptions.

If anything unexpected comes up with your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and help resolve it quickly.

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your package gets lost or stolen, please contact us at smile@grinwave.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim. We'll also follow up on our end to help move things along. While lost/stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, we may offer a one-time replacement, depending on the situation.
